LEADERSHIP LESSON: WHEN THINGS DON’T GO AS PLANNED
"When I was invited on stage to sing with 2Blue and his band, I learnt a surprisingly powerful lesson about leadership. I missed a few notes, paused when I couldn’t recollect the lyrics, and things didn’t go exactly as planned. But the guitarist and the drummer didn’t stop or make the mistake obvious. They adjusted their notes, filled the pauses and helped me get back into the flow.
